Usher wrote a heart warming message to harry belafonte at 88 years

Thank you for allowing me to be your book end. Standing on the shoulders of gaints or sitting next to em. I hold every moment we've shared as something more precious than gold.
Mr. Belafonte, I look to you as a father, a brother, an uncle, a friend but mostly as an example and point of reference. Keeping us on track for true success as a society of dreamers being awakened from the nightmares that confine and restrain us. I'm ignited by your energy, fellowshipping and brainstorming with you has led to some of the greatest moments I will ever recount in this life. 
Thank you for your words and wisdom. I only hope to be half as sharp as you are at (88)
I am fueled by your optimism in the face of adversity. You overstand the definition of dedication....you should be far more celebrated by the youth, and our elders for your steadfast commitment. You are the expression of heartwork. I truly love you.
